I contacted Master Watchmaking initially through Facebook, sparked by an update to their stock of a few Nomos pieces. I've been a huge Nomos fan for years and was finally ready to pull the trigger on a Club. I dealt with Louella, who was great at communicating (MW is based in Sydney, I'm in Perth). Initial inquiry was on a Thursday (if I recall correctly) and my watch was on my wrist the following Tuesday. Really pleased with the service that I received and hope this will turn in to a long standing relationship.
