All second-hand and vintage watches come with our personal 1 year warranty. New NOMOS watches come with an international 2 year warranty. Warranties do not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
Online orders can only be made for delivery to Australian addresses. We provide free shipping for orders over $150: if your order is less than that amount, shipping is $15. We send goods by overnight courier or registered mail: you will be required to sign for the parcel. In most cases, we will dispatch the goods within 2 working days of payment having been received.
We will advise you by email when your order has been dispatched.
New Zealand customers: please contact us by email for a non-GST price, and shipping costs.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. At present, payment can be made by direct deposit into our bank account, or secure credit card transaction online using visa, mastercard, Amex and Paypal.
Overseas customers and travellers can claim back the GST amount at the airport. You will receive a refund of 1/11th of the purchase price.
Please choose carefully: we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
